White Coat Pressure.
I am 52 years and I have been identified by Blood Pressure before five years. Presently I have been declared of White Coat pressure as my home readings are below normal. But I am still under heavy medication. Is it going to be a life long process? How can I get rid of this situation?

Hello. This is a common occurrence in people who are anxious in nature. Practice various relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, going for a walk in nature etc. You may also consider meeting a psychologist/psychiatrist only for the purpose of understanding the triggering factors and developing better coping mechanisms to combat the same. Take care
