Swelling in one leg and fever is the symton if taking antibiotics pain and fever reduce but this problem last from l 15 day no recovery

Hi, I have been diagnosed with tinea versicolor on my face I'm currently halfway through my course of itraconazole after shampoos have failed to eradicate fungus.
