Nauseous and light headed

I was lying on the beach relaxing and then when I got up I lost my balance and fell I got up and I fell again and then eventually i felt very nauseous and dizzy and puked what might have caused this.

It can be due to temperature rise near beach which may have caused this. Usually happens even if someone stays more in hot water for long time. So unless it repeats you don't have to worry.
