I always feel light headed
I have been feeling light headed most of the time  for the past few days. I also get the feeling that my head is rotating while lying down or when I try to get up from bed or sofa. What could this be , should I get some tests done or which specialist should I consult. Please help

If you experience a true vertigo ie spinning of your surroundings, better to consult with a ENT specialist in your area.Less likely cause could be a low blood pressure.
