I've been belching for almost 30hours now. It's really loud but odorless. Sometimes I'm about to lose my breath. It's strange to me cos I've never seen/heard this happen to anyone. Kindly help me.

So here the past few days/nights,I’ve been extremely tired, my stomach hasn’t felt right, I’ve lost my appetite which has made me lose 5-6 lbs, ive had bad back pain and bad acid reflux/heartburn, I’ve been light headed, and have had a dull headache. I’m on the mirena. Also, it gets worse at night I feel. I don’t have motivation to do anything. I just all in all don’t feel good.

I think that I got pilonidal sinus, it bled once but after that it started hurting me so bad when I touch it or sit for long hours, also I’m having a yellow-ish discharges which are smelly, what should I do? And can it go by it self? I’m 15 years old.
