She has been feeling cold from last night . We gave her sinarest , fever came down last night. It's high again today morning

Headache,low fever,body pain,nose block,little cough,tired ness,cold,swelling from nose, .Not able to work.watery eyes.

I have mild fever with throat pain and body pain. Have runny nose. Feeling very cold. Please suggest medicine. Also suggest alternate medicine of Rexcof (if not available).

My last period was June 13 2018 and it’s now August 27,2018 all test was negative

My wife's recent Hemogram report shows high platelet count 514 thou/mm3 normal range is 150-450. MHCH:31.70   (32-35) TLC:10.70. (4-10) All other parameters are normal. She has been having could since last 15-20 days. Which much better now. She had to do Augmentin course followed by 5 day course of Azithromycin. Still sometimes coughing is there with phlegm. I need guidance for further course of action. Or is this elevated platelet count normal after flu/cold cough?
