I am a student. I live in a hostel. I am a lean and thin boy. So the elder boys make fun of me. Today one of my friends hit me on my head with his cap. In fact he hurt me three times with his cap. The cap had a metal strip (which is used for adjusting the length of the cap). The metallic strip was heavy.There is some bleeding from the scalp because it caused rashes/brushies in the scalp. I applied antiseptic to it. The metal strikes me hard on the head. Will anything happen to my head? Is there any chance of internal injury? Will it cause brain damage?

My head aches what can I do to relieve myself of this frequent pain . Thank

I'm currently working in night shift since 2 years. Though I'm awake fa the whole night I'm not getting sleep in the next day morning. And I feel very tired in the next shift. Even if I'm sleeping it's not a deep sleep I can easily wake up even with small sounds too. This is happening for about 3 weeks. Is this a problem?
