I have persistent nausea and vomiting on and off for almost 3 weeks. In the past few days it has worsened and I can't even drink water. I'm waking up at night vomiting stomach acid. I'm pretty sure i'm dehydrated. Should I go to the ER?

I don't really know Whats wrong with me. I hate myself and am never happy, I have self harmed before and I constantly feel lonely and sad and I don't want anyone to know. Should I speak to someone like my doctor? I just don't want my friends or family to know how I'm feeling.

Hi, I recently had food poisoning, about two weeks back. I'm still recovering from the weakness caused by it. Today, suddenly, i woke up with the urge to pee. But when I finished urinating, the urge to pee did not go away. Now it's very uncomfortable. There is no pain as such, just the intense urge to pee.

I have breathing difficulty in last two days, stomach and back pain, giddiness and feel tired. Last week went to meet one Dr she told u have typhoid.but after taking treatment only I faced these issues. I asked her and she told ur bp is 90/60 so u feel like this, so u will eat more quantity of white colour foods. Now I feel I am having any other issues,pls help me to clear my doubts

I have this dark red lump that comes and goes on the bottom inside of my elbow. It swells up with blood when I rest on my elbows for a long time and goes away after a couple days.

I have been having chronic pain for a while now. I went to the doctor today because I had chest pains and body pain. I was tested for Rheumatoid Arthritis. The Rheumatoid Factor test result seemed to be normal. It was <10 with a range of 1-15. However, the ESR was elevated. It was 56 with range 1-20. And the CRP I believe was elevated too. It was 3.1 with range <.30. I am trying to understand the test results and see if I should be worried.

Peace be upon you. I am 30 years old,male.I have been suffering from acid reflux and constipation,acne for around 10 years. I went to many doctors,they prescribed me anti acid pills.I took those for a long time,there was no improvement.I haven’t been taking any anti acid pill for last 3 years. I still have the same problems.I have some other problems as: a.Right elbow joint pain for 2 years from stretch exercise.X-ray shows normal. b.Right knee joint pain for 1year from squat exercise.

I have several sores on the sides and under my tongue. I don't remember biting my tongue. I've used hot salt water, ambesol, and cold pack on the side of my face. It hurts so much I couldn't sleep well, and it hurts to talk and eat.
