Actually since 3 to 4 years my health condition is changed Iam very weak, not able to do any works and my bowl moment changed 3 years back I have done every tests but nothing was there. Recently I have done all blood related tests ncluding hepatitis b and c also and nothing was there In the net I have searched one thing and that is chronic fatigue syndrome In that what are the symptoms they said I had everything Here what is that chronic fatigue syndrome And how to identify that and what is the medication for me What should I do now Yesterday also in diwali little bit moment in my body causes severe body pains and became full week What is my problem doctor

I am feeling a very faint chest pain, which I think originates deep inside my chest. I sometimes feel it on front chest, and sometimes on my back. Please see the attached diagram where I tried to trace the location of pain with the red dot on left side of the body. The pain often disappears and doesn't cause disruption of my daily activities. I visited a cardiologist who ordered various tests ECG, ecocardiography, PFT and some blood work to rule out heart trouble. I often get heartburns( almost everyday). I visit the loo at least four times a day. Please help.
