My blood report say : Leukocyte count : 3900 cells/cumm Platelets count : 86 thousand /cumm SGOT(AST) : 72 IU/L How can i get to normal What i am suffering from? Should i have to go for some check up? Please help

I have too much constipation. I have taken freego powder of lactitol monohydrate and isabgol. Two times . I have also taken cremaffin syrup one time at night. Now doctor prescribe me freego powder with dulcoflex 5 mg one tablet. It also 50% relief. Now Should I take freego powder with dulcoflex 10mg (5 mg two tablet) or freego powder with cremaffin syrup.

My sister was diagnosed with abdominal tuberculosis and she's on ATT for 2 months. Currently she's on modified ATT with Rifampin 450, Isoniazid 300, Ethambutol 600 and Moxifloxacin 400. Her body temperature when checked orally is 97.8 - 98.8 till 9pm. At around 9pm everyday, her temperature is 99.6 or 99.8 but not more than 99.8. But she don't feel like having fever. Then at 11pm it changes to around 98.8. Before she had isoniazid induced fever as told by doctor at about 102 - 103 F. But that was cured before two weeks. I've heard that normally body temperature rises in night. But I'm not sure. Please tell if 99.6 at that particular time is normal. Thank you.

Dear doctor; A month ago I found my cholesterol was HIGH and also there is deficiency in B12 n D3. Then I took D3 n B12 medication and also took cholesterol control medication for a week only. Now I did my blood test and the cholesterol is normal within limit. But per attached blood report as regular health check; my AG ratio is little high along with little deficiency in total protein. Kindly look into my report and help me if any further action is needed from my end. Thanks;

My mother got bitten by a monkey twice. During the first time she complained the whole vaccination course. However when she got bit second time i am not sure if she completed the vaccination or not. Is there any need to be concerned if she didn't complete the course. And if yes is there any way by which we can test for this virus. Or since she got vaccinated for the first time I don't need to bother.
