Hi I am a breastfeeding mother, suffering from dengue from this Saturday. Undergone with c section 1.5 months back. My symptoms of today are:- 1. Vision blurred, 2. No fever from last 30 hrs, 3.) lil sweating, 4.) body lil cold, 5.) weakness (improved as compared to yesterday), 6.) no vomiting I have gone through 3 cbc:- Monday:- platelets 2.5 lac, wbc 4300 Tuesday:- platelets 1.53 lac, wbc 2600, bp 100/70, pulse 120 Thursday:- platelets 81,000 and wbc 3300, bp 90/60, pulse 78 However I am feeling lil better as compare to yesterday and day before yesterday. My doctor told to me to take plenty of fluid, take rest at home. He prescribed me Lanol ER, L Cin 500, rabeprazole sodium and domperidone DSR. My question is my reading of bp (90/60) is anything should I worried about? And what about my platelets counts. Please help.

I am suffering from constipation from about 12 months.. my stomach is getting bigger and I have a bloated stomach.. I poop very less . I think either my rectum just closes after some poop ; or I have an upward force acting in my stomach (gut) which is responsible for chronic constipation.. can you prescribe any medicine in this regard...

Suffering from cough for last 15 days. 15 days earlier swich CV 325 and viscodyn syrup was started for throat pain and cough. Swich CV 325 closed after 5 days. Now having viscodyn for last 10 days. But cough is not cured. There is  decrease in frequency of cough but it still continue. Now it's coming morning , evening and sometimes in afternoon. Yellow cough in small quantity coming out each time. As compared to last week this week its decreasing but not cure till now. Viscodyn still continues. In addition to above janumet 50/1000 twice and azulix once a day taking for diabetes. Diabetes remain in range of 100-150. Currently it is 150 pp bcz of sweets taken during Diwali. In addition to cough , body itching is there for last 5 days in some arms, back and thigh. Please suggest medicines for cough relief and itching.

I got bit by pet dog at my cousin's place. The dog was getting to it's biscuit when I tried to help him, he bit in rage assuming I want it for myself. The bite left some scars on my thumb finger. Looking at some blood , I felt, should I get the rabies injection? I had it 12 years before for dog bite. Should I get injected again?
