My widal test says 1:180.is it serious typhoid. What is the precaution I should take and what foods to be avoided

Am I possibly internally bleeding? Gastrointestinal Bleeding? I just had a burning feeling in my abdominal area and I know I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome with a possibly inflamed stomach. The burning feeling did not last long but it felt rather strange and felt it particularly in the bottom left side of my stomach.

Vitamin b12 and d levels decreases once the supplement duration ends! Need a proper diet for main the Vitamin D and B12 Levels! I am vegetarian! Also I dont consume Eggs, Alcohol, Cigs!

Uncomfortable to sit and walk as there is pimple formed near the Anus. Please suggest any tablets to get rid of this

I have chest pain from past 2 months left side. All cardiac tests are normal. I went to gastrologist and he said i have acid reflux. He advised me Happi L, Coliwin R, Vitofol and clonafit beta. I also have some weird feeling in body like muscles weekness and feeling like inside tremor. I think its due to anxiety but gastrologist said its only because of acidity. But symptoms suggests anxiety issue. All other tests are normal like t3 t4 tsh , b12 and all other blood tests are normal. Please tell me is this because of anxiety or gas.
