For gas problem I am taking pan40 two times empty stomach in morning and evening and for constipation I am taking freego powder of isabgol and lactitol monohydrate. Plz suggest famous zyme tablet and better tablet for constipation with freego powder because I have also taken freego powder two times But no motion. I have done endoscopy which was negative. So plz suggest best zyme tablet and constipation.

I am having high fever from Saturday and reports says it dengue. Apart from fever I am having full body pain, itching. Monday cbc:- wbc 4300, platelets 2.5 lacs Tuesday cbc: wbc 2600, platelets 1.5 lacs, sgpt 101, bp 100/70 I am taking lenol er, c lin 500, rabeprazole sodium and domperidone dsr My question is: how to cure this? Before I was able to down the temperature by peracetamol (calpol 650) but now fever is persistent. Please advice.

S typhi O-1:40 S typhi H-1:40 S paratyphi AH- less than 1:20 S paratyphi BH- less than. 1:20 And result is negative should i worry or take any medications?? Or i dont have typhoid?

Hi Doctors I would like to know is there any medications that I can use myself to stop the mother feeding to my 2 year old baby My baby always ask for mother feed during night time only and he regret to drink the bottle miIk .however In other times he will drink the bottle milk so, I need to stop the mother feed permanently.
