I am having high fever from Saturday and reports says it dengue. Apart from fever I am having full body pain, itching. Monday cbc:- wbc 4300, platelets 2.5 lacs Tuesday cbc: wbc 2600, platelets 1.5 lacs, sgpt 101, bp 100/70 I am taking lenol er, c lin 500, rabeprazole sodium and domperidone dsr My question is: how to cure this? Before I was able to down the temperature by peracetamol (calpol 650) but now fever is persistent. Please advice.

Hello dear patient you need to drink ors and coconut water and plenty of fluids. You can take paracetamol tablet only if you have fever or body pain. You should take consultation online with me so that I can talk to you and guide you better. Prescription cannot be given without consultation here.
