I am feeling a very faint chest pain, which I think originates deep inside my chest. I sometimes feel it on front chest, and sometimes on my back. Please see the attached diagram where I tried to trace the location of pain with the red dot on left side of the body. The pain often disappears and doesn't cause disruption of my daily activities. I visited a cardiologist who ordered various tests ECG, ecocardiography, PFT and some blood work to rule out heart trouble.
I often get heartburns( almost everyday). I visit the loo at least four times a day. Please help.
