What is the daily limit for taking sabja seeds? (To drink or to eat) Can i have 300grams per day? Please let me know

Sir I have had tetanus and all 5 anti rabbies vaccines recently around 2 months ago because of my newly adopted puppy bite me accidentally while playing and now I have got a scratch today because of her nails ,I wanted to know do I need to take another tetanus shot as I got one 2 months ago,if any other thing to be done kindly guide me Thanks Regards

I had low vit b12 and vit d so i take drise and neurobion for this but also take gelusil mps for gastic problem so thus gelusil reduces the vit d or b12 in body or its medicine or not any effect i take gelusil from last 7 days earlier my b12 is 190 and d is 14 but after medicines it is now 230 and 36 after 2 months course so plz suggest best treatment

Are drinking water while sleeping is ok? Yesterday night i drank water and slept immediately. Because mostly told give some gap after water to sleep na, That is why am asking...

Today i have soaked 3 full teaspoons(300grams) of sabja seeds and drank. Would it be nice if i drink too much? With this will i face indigestion, and loss of appetite, (or) any stomach problems?

Having high fever since afternoon. Head pains on slight movement. Not able to sleep and breath comfortably.
