My zsr circcumsion was done on 14 may 2019..please give me some cough syrup with no sugar and no aspirin...

I had taken rabies Vaccination my last dose was on 9th April2019 and on may 2nd 2019 a dog had licked me on my leg I had a shoe bit there , I'm not sure if it did lick me , the earlier vaccination that I took , I kind of delayed my 3rd ,4th , and 5th dose like by 4 to days, but I took all the doses the previous time , and this time as the dog might have licked me on my wound I decided to take vaccine , I took my first dose (abhyarab purified Beto cell vaccine )one day late , I mean one day after exposure , and I took 2nd dose too (xprab purified Beto cell vaccine becz abhyarab was not available), 7th and 14th Day I took abhyarab itself , so I'm doing right , it's fine that I took my rabies vaccine one day late right , one day late is fine , because I was previously immunised like a month back , I did not want to take , but now scared I might get rabies , I neednot have my fear because I have started my vaccine one day late right so it's fine right , I'm not in any danger right sir/mam?

Fever, body weakness, last night I had a vomitting around 3am. Had Dolo 500mg last night and ors for weakness.

Should I take paracetamol for fever? I hv no flu n all only fever plus I am on celibacy from 39 days... Is it flatline of that... I hv fever around 100...i m vegan too.thanx

I am 29 yrs old unmarried female..due to delay in periods I did my usg and tsh..usg showed normal but tsh is 5.8 as it's max value is 5.5 then I did my free tsh to confirm it showed normal so what should I do??
