Hello doctor i recently did my B12 blood test and my B12 is very low its only 145. i feel a lot of body pain and fatigue all the time. my joints hurt too including shoulders. is it because i have B12 deficiency? And i can't eat non veg because i'm a pure vegetarian. what other options do i have to increase my B12?

I am very worried about one thing. That is....... i always drink two full teaspoons(200grams) of sabja seeds(I'm soaking and drinking) But today by mistake, i have three full teaspoons(300grams) sabja seeds soaked and drank.
