Low vitamin d and b12
I had low vit b12 and vit d so i take drise and neurobion for this but also take gelusil mps for gastic problem so thus gelusil reduces the vit d or b12 in body or its medicine or not any effect i take gelusil from last 7 days earlier my b12 is 190 and d is 14 but after medicines it is now 230 and 36 after 2 months course so plz suggest best treatment

Get exposed to sun light...between 11 am to 3 pm for about 15- 20 min...its very imp for calcium metabolism in the body along with the medicine

Hi It is good  that  your  vit B12 and vit. D levels  are  increased  by  supplements These  two  supplements  if  orally  taken  then only the absorption  is hampered Otherwise in inj. Form they get more helpfull to body. So if you like to take gelusil - take it before meals And vit. D  and B12  take  in between meals
