Hello Today I went outside and after coming home due to some rush I forget to wash my hand and take a bite of fruit .. After that I wash my hand... I know I miss to take precautions but help me plz.. is that ok... As in my area everything open

My mother has recently undergone CABG surgery, it's been two months, suddenly from last week she's unable to sleep both during day and night. Due to sleeplessness she's becoming weak. Currently she's taking zolsoma 5mg from past 5 days, she's waking in the middle of night and unable to go back to sleep. Kindly suggest any treatment.

I m worry about that...please tell can just touching  hand on outside used disposable needle Container only WITHOUT touching needle ... can increase the risk of HIV?
