I am Chinnam naidu age45 male.Sir I am suffering from fever for one week.i used first two days dolo 650mg+amoxicillin 500mg capsules.no fever down.next three days I used dolo 650mg+mahacef200mg.no fever down.now I used for two days dolo 650mg three times daily and azithromycin500mg daily one tablet.but temperature not reduced.always 100,101,101.8f fever.what can I do now sir? I am diabetic also

I have a swollen part coming out from my right hand wrist. It pains.. It's been like this for about 15 days now. I am putting a strap on putting some pressure.
