I did blood test and RBC is high it is 5.60 normal range is 5.50 I have herpes so I took antiviral drug and did test of cbc what the reason of high RBC what to do for medicine

Hi, my dog is fully vaccinated in feb and we get it annually. It has bitten in the thumb of my brother not a deep cut. He took a tetnus shot. Should he go for rabies vaccination also ? Please advice. Dear sir one month I am jaundice patient and Intake att medicine three month my sgopt,shot is 400,500 , 15 june lft test is sgot,shot is 121,237 currently lft test is sgot 27,shot is 25 please prescribed any medicine my hb is 12.6.
