I'm having cold, no cough no fever. Running nose for 1-2hrs watery and sneezing (Hachum Hachum) I used Citrezine for 4days but everyday cold is coming it's going Without any medicine, I have no headache also then why cold is not reducing

I don't have diabetes or any other problem suddenly today morning onwards urine frequency got increased

Tab Evion : 0-0-1 Tab Numylin : 1-0-0 Both tablets for one month course Currently wanted to know what needs to be done for SGPT to come under normal(0-52) and also what should be the food to be eaten and what should be avoided.
