My newborn son always sleeps on his side, left or right even though we lay him down on his back. We are not swaddling him. Please let me know if sleeping on side for newborn baby is normal or should we be worried?

I have body ache without any fever for last 4 days. Temperature is ranging between 97.8 to 98.5 . No fever. No cough. No breathing problems. No sore throat. My spo2 is 95/96 at home every day check twice a day. I take one or two Combiflam in a day which gives me relief. I drink hot water twice a day. Gargle twice a day.

I am having fever ranging from 99 to 100 for the past three days. In day, the temperature is at 99 and in night it shows 100. I took paracetamol for two days after which temperature was normal.
