I have pain in both the knees while sitting on floor, dancing and climbing stairs. I hv started knee exercies. Pls suggest any good ayurvedic oil for massage on knees.

My complexion is very fair but for last 8 months the area around my eyes has changed so much. There is hollowness and dark circles around eyes..this makes me look tired and sick all the time. Pls suggest any cream or home remedy to reduce these problems. I drink a lot of water and take proper diet and rest.

Got headache since 2 days after I slept in AC + fan at night & it was cold due to rain. Have no fever or cough. But get headache as fan or AC is on. Also feel comfortable after wearing socks or feel atmosphere is cold. Don't need a blanket but ok without fan or it feels cold
