Hi It mostly happens due to Urinary tract infections. Suggest you to get CUE and urine culture tests done and consult for the treatment

Sudden frequency can be because of cold climate outside or it can be due to urine infection.. for that urine microscopy and later if required culture may have to be done.. kindly consult if symptoms persist
