I am suffering from little cough and nuasea since 3 days it was coming  day time not bed time I am also having sinusitis coldthere is no fever and any other symptoms in covid

I had hemoglobin around 12 and I am using orofer xt from 20 days and along with I am using zincovit from 20 days , can I continue zincovit or change to other multivitamin tablet. My vitamin D (25 hydroxy)_total is 19.03, please suggest tablets for vitamin D.

I thought i was having breathing problem since last night. But when i tried to jog i didn't grasped for breath. I am having no other symptoms. Doctor has told me it's anxiety and prescribed me nurokind lc. Is that good or bad. I explained to him that when i am lying in my back my stomach goes kind of inside and i have to pull it back by breathing more. He prescribed me nurokind.

My Hemogloblin level is less and i have symptoms of tiresness and weakness.. I get sever leg pain (only feet) during night
