Recently undergone CABG surgery, taking Beplex forte vitamin supplement from past 1 month. Recent Vitamin B12 shows 2000 pg/ml. Anything to worry??

Had poor diet due to acid reflux past 2 months. Reduced weigh. Experiencing breathing difficulty, headache, muscle pains from past 4 days. Should I take any vitamin supplements. I have been using pantop d past 2 months daily once in the morning

Sir I have d3 defficiency my d3 is only 13 so that on the report day I have taken injection of d3 having 6 lakh IU after that docter given me medicine of Rejunex cd3 where 1000 iu (taking daily wise) along with uprise D3 60k weeklywise pls suggest above d3 supplement is excess dose or not sending prescription pls check and let me know PFA..

Hi. My mom has been looking very weak since one month. No cough , no fever. She complains of no hunger at times. Says stomach looks bloated at times.
