Can we take vit D twice in a week.my vit d was 25 in blood reports.I am feeling very much lethargic ,pain in body,palpitations,headache, and i get tired after walking for few miles .i started feeling breathlessnes. My vit b 12 was also low.what should i do

Three months ago i got tonsils like something i checked my temperature it was 98.2 i knew i don't have anything but suddenly after 6 days after it i got swallowing difficulty like my food is sticking in right side of throat ! That time lockdown was strict so i took antibiotic course for 15 days but swallowing issue is still there now when I went for checkups i got low levels of TSH (HYPERTHYROIDISM) ! I had thyroid for last 6 yrs and have been regularly taking thyronorm. However in between i was taking 75 mcg but now I am taking 50 mcg. I had recently got my tests done. Now my tsh is around 11.
