Full body itching and also stomach ache and bloating and abnormal stool nature. Please help with a remedy

I am 30 years old. I have gained weight in 3 years almost double. My appetite is low. I walk daily around 3kms and daily household chores also make a part of my exercises. Still I am not loosing weight. I want some treatment which can help in increasing my metabolism which has drastically reduced. Before marriage I was lean and thin and sudden change in my body is actually make me feel concerned. Please suggest me some ayurvedic or safe treatment for loosing weight.

Can Covid positive patient spread infection once he tested negative, cause i contact with person who is tested negative after he get infected from corona virus

My dad has fever from the last 9 days. It's almost constant around 100 through out the day. He doesn't have any other symptoms or issues. We got him tested for malaria and typhoid after consultation from a local doctor. He doesn't have any pain of any kind anywhere. His lungs are clean, the doctor checked it thrice in last 9 days. He is just tired from the fever that is all. We got his Oximeter reading as well which is around 95-96 constantly. He is taking general meds for fever provided by the doctor, at times his temperature goes down, but it comes back upto 100 again. Any advice on this would be really helpful.

Chest pressure, tightness, discomfort episodes which affect my throat, neck and left arm.. dizziness high bp weakness,fatigue , cant stand for long. I have bowel moment everyday. But I came to know still out intestine hold lot of poop. Can I use some laxative monthly once to cleanse the colon. Please help
