I having GERD with severe diarrhea can I use ORS powder for diarrhea but also I'm having GERD so it will make any problems?

I have 99 fever in the evening time Fever range 98.6 to 99 Taking paracetamol 650 from last 5 days and zifi o Is this worried or it is normal in evening time I don't have any other symptoms
