Yesterday, while opening nuts box, i got a cut in left index finger by the steel/aluminium foil/seal cover. Now, i see a little swelling around yhe cut area. Is this something I should be worried about

Head Throbbing
I am having severe headache from last 12 days, I had gone outside in the afternoon (in 40 degrees C) for half & hour. Then my head started throbbing in the night & it doesn't end ever since. I had body heat in the back only that eventually went away. But please help me with headache/migraine as I have never felt so awful ever.

Low blood pressure
My blood pressure drops after having heavy meal...it reduces to 95/55. I feel very dizzy and feeling of fainting and collapse.
Usually happens after dinner.
I drink 2 tablespoon of salt with water and it comes to normal in 10 mins.
Plz help.
