Hi I'm 30 year old. I have always had acidity issue like burning sensation, burping. From last two days I feel like a burp is stuck in the back around centre of chest and it's causing jab like pain. I cannot sleep or move well. Feel like the burp coming out but when the pain triggers it would go back. Have taken 2 digene tabs. Please suggest any remedy.

Due to lockdown, I was suggested Calcirol Sachet per day at night after food for couple of weeks. I got the medicine delivered via Practo and the sache I got was Cadila Calcirol Sachet 60000IU/gm. I saw that the Vitamin D3 tablets need to be taken only once a weekor else there is a chance of Vitamin D poisoning, so before consumption wanted to confirm is it safe to take this sachet everyday?
