Having headache but considerably bearable pain on the backside of my head to left side..it's considtwnt from two to three days.. I would like to know the reason behind

Start tab paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for next 2-3days
Do posture improvement exercises and joint rotations.
Avoid pillow.
Avoid long sitting.
Perform intermittent office exercises.
