Headache and weakness
My stomach got upset with severe headache and mild fever (99.2). I have taken azithromicine and dolo, now in the evening times I feel severe headache, vomit feeling and I feel that I am getting fever. But in thermometer it is recording 98.3/4 to max 98.6/8. Blood test shows CRP normal CBC normal Maleria Normal and typhi O and H as 1:160. If it is typhoid then I believe I need to get fever >100. Why I'm getting sever headache and weakness with no fever recorded? Thanks in advance
