  4. High fever and headache for past 2 days.

High fever and headache for past 2 days
Yesterday, I woke up at 3AM shivering and with fever, have been taking dolo since but fever keeps coming back. Fever range 101-103 Headache - been experiencing headache since yesterday. Fever subsides after Dolo but headache does not.
