  4. High Fever with shivering. Suggest!

High Fever with shivering
Hi Dr. yesterday evening my father had fever with shivering. I gave him paracetamol. now shivering is no more but high fever is remain same. weakness is very high. He is not interested to eat food. sometime he feels vomat. Please suggest

Please give Dolo 650mg thrice daily for 2 days. Tab pan-d once daily in the morning before breakfast for 3 days
