Peeing alot
From past 2 weeks i do regular gym + following fat loss diet, i lost 2kg but i observe that im peeing alot now and also night fall problem alot like every 2 or 3 day in a week Is this peein alot symtom is related to my weight loss training???

It can be. All you need to do right now is to get a urine examination done. Get your RBS tested. Should rule out any urinary infection first. Take slowly onto heavy exercises for gym. Keep ypurself hydrated.

Check sugar levels that can related to peeing .. What you mean by Night fall... Are falling down in night times...this is a serious symptom...
