Weight loss 2kg n weaknesses
Hi doctor I'm having too much weakness n I feel tired easily , its happening after in month Jan I had got cough and lung infection due to dust ,my cough reduced in a week and everything was normal. I do have thyroid taking 25mcg checked thyroid in march it's under good control.Since jan after I recovered from cough I had lost weight n too much weakness. I'm already underweight was 45kg now I'm 43kg .what can I do to overcome weakness as I have done blood test march my blood report is also normal. Is ayurveda a good solution or any supplement.

Hello, Weight being less may be because of under eating or fast metabolism. Kindly share your blood reports including Thyroid function, CBC, liver function test and Fasting blood sugar levels .
