I have developed a lump on my neck which seems to be growing. It has been around four weeks and it is about more than an inch. I do not have weight loss but i do get pain around my chest and in my arms especially joints and i feel tired all the time.

Hi Doctors I had high to very high fever around maximum 102 and diarrohea nausea and vomiting. This all went for a week and I got tested positive for COVID. I want to know if it is a false positive as ,I had zero coughing ,sore throat or breathing problem. Please answer. Thanks

Irregular headache and fever happening since last 1.5 months though I haven't gone outside during or before this phase. Throoat and breathing is completely fine. Tiredness & sleeping more during the fever. This same situation happened 2-3 months back when I was going college regularly most probably due to less sleep or more stress but that time it was very rare. Please help me out.
