Hi, I was diagnosed with vitamin D and B12 deficiency. My level was 9 it increased to 17.9 for vitamin D in 10 days. Took one inj for D3 6 lakh. And taking uprise 60k once a week. For B12 my levels when got checked first was 241, was taking mecovion orally. Once a day. My levels for B12 dropped to 167 in 10 days. Is it alarming? Started taking injection for B12 as well. Neurokind 500 mcg. Twice a week. With continuing the mecovion medicine and Omega 3 fatty acids as well. Need suggestions why B12 dropped from 241 to 167 in 10 days even after 1500 mcg daily for B12.  Please suggest. Symptoms : weakness. No appetite still. Metallic taste in mouth, anxiety problems and forgetfulness issues.

I am feeling sick since last 8 days or so with symptoms like weakness, loss of appetite (happened once), and body shivering (happened once). I had initial checkups locally at Deesa and had blood report and chest xray. The blood report is normal. But, chest xray showed lung infection like covid 19. I had covid 19 test on 7th july. But the hospital which is doing those test at deesa said today that if the report is negative you will not get any response. So, i am confused now what to do further for treatment to find out what type of lung infection it is. Please find attached report and looking forward to suggestion.
