Fever and headache
I am suffering from headache and fever of 102 degrees celcius. Please suggest some good medicines to cure this.

Yiur history is not sufficient sir.
You need to have proper antibiotics and rest according to your symproms.
Foe now you may start with tab pcm 500 mg bid and antibiotic cefotaxim 200 mg bid x 5 days. But you must show up with a drtailed history. Can't put you on antibiotics without that.
