Anemia and hairfall
Should i take multivitamin tablets which has zinc, folic acid, iron etc.. Or separate iron tablets only..

Thats not hoing to help for hairfall until we know the cause.  It is better to avoid taking zinc with iron as it decreases its efficacy. Contact online for help regarding hair fall. Also, for anaemia,  dose needs to be adjusted according to iron stores for which you may require few tests beforehand. Contact personally for better understanding.

In combination multivitamin dosage of iron will not be sufficient... You need to take iron supplements separately... If ots confirmed thats its a iron deficiency anemia .. Get B12 and folic acid levels also done.
