Lower iron, folic acid and D3 level
Recently had blood test and found to have iron serum 51, Vitamin D3 29.3 and folic acid 4.39 , am I having lower level of these vitamins ?? If so pl suggest supplement to increase these levels

Haem up syr10 ml at night after dinner for two months.  Folic5acid two times after food for 2 months. Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO. Color  of stool going to change due to syrup.

Low levels of iron and vit D3. Kindly provide details of any health issue you have? Take syp R.b.tone 5ml  morning and evening. Tab vit. D one capsule weekly for 6 to 8 weeks. Take green leafy vegetables,  beetroot,  pumpkin,  fruits like pomegranate,  jaggery,  cheese, curds,, nuts like almond, cashew. Consult online
