There is a swelling near index finger nail,from past 3 days pain around that part can't touch it, tried home remedy applied garlic.

Sir/Madam I have taken kashayam with very spicy I gradients for immunity boost up by watching in YouTube. I have taken this for nearly one week early morning with empty stomach. Now I feeling very internal heat in my body, skin burning sensation. Are these side effects of the kashayam liquid or some thing else? Please suggest me With regards

Sir I am 21 yr old boy. I am too slim. My cheeks are slim. I feel weak. I am facing problem of night fall 😔. My muscles growth is 0. I eat so much but IT doesn't suit on my body. Every one say to me you are very sleem. Even my father stays upset to me to see me as a slim boy.

My mother who is 65 years old had cholecystectomy done on 27.07.2020.post surgery she developed fever ..there is low grade fever till now. There is serous fluid accumulation at suture sites, which is being drained n dressing is being done.All investigations are normal but urine culture is showing infection. Cbc count and blood cultures are normal. But TB platinum is coming positive. The physician is asking for ct scan abdomen but the radiologist is saying that Contrast ct scan can't be done as the patient has fever. So pls suggest can MRI be done in place of ct scan ??
