Dear sir My father age 53 he was diabetic and bp patient he used per day 1 tab of telma.below his bp is this normal or not pls advice . Today I got a small scratch from street dog on leg and a drop of blood came . 3 months 10 days ago ( 100 days) ago I took only "3" arv vaccine each on     0 .4 .8 days and wasn't able to take it on 0. 3. 7 days as got delayed by 1 day. So do I need to repeat Vaccination for the scratch from street dog from which blood came?? I am attaching pictures of the scratch
