Tiredness and fatigue in the mornings
For couple of months, I am facing unexplained tiredness and fatigue in the mornings 1. I take proper sleep min 7 hours with few disturbances in sleep patterns 2. Food intake is normal 3. Not too much work pressure. I am software professional. 4. Symptoms: mild tightness on the top side of the head (middle). mild burning sensation in the eyes. Weakness in the elbows. What could be probable issue?

As you are a software                      professional sitting for long          hours in front of the computer will affect the eyes  causing strain and headache
