My father is having a body temperature of 98.5- 99 constantly for over a month, why is this? Is it normal or fever?

My father has been suffering from an ailment whose no proper diagnosis has been formed till date. He is having symptoms such heaviness in head followed by severe vertigo and then followed by excessive vomiting. These symptoms are accompanied by weakness and tremors in body. He is having the aforementioned problems since Aug 2018. He has consulted from neurologist to gastroenterologist to ENT but to no good. No doctor has been able to find the root cause of his ailment. He had a CT scan of brain which showed a healed calcified granuloma in the occipital region but his neurologists say that it's not causing him problem and it has got nothing to do with his current problems. Then he consulted a gastroenterologist who did an endoscopy to rule out any GI ailment but to his surprise he found out nothing on an endoscopy. He also ordered an USG abdomen but there was no significant problem found on it. He also visited an ENT rule out Miniere's disease and glycerol test was -ve. What to do ?

Hi i wanted to ask about covid recovery after effects. It's there a risk on other organs of the body. My whole family had covid but point mild symtoms. What all tests are required post recovery.

Hello a very mild fever started 10 days ago. I took 2 dolo tablets in this 10 days. Now If i check my thermometer it shows a temperature of 98.3 or 98.2. But I am feeling a kind of heaeache. And my stomach is upset. Since last 3 days i am taking zincovit and azithromycin. But still feeling lethargic . Please help.

I AM HAVING DRY COUGH PAST ONE WEEK. IT IS BETTER NOW BUT ONCE IN A WHILE IT IS STILL HAPPENING. I am experiencing numbness in my fingers on both hand.. I am currently on uric acid meditation.my uric acid level is 9.6. My ESR rate is 26mm/hr.I tested lipid profile and thyroid and both are normal.as per doctor prescription I used nervijen Np tablets but there is no improvement seen for this situation..In the test I found my HB is @ 13 which is lower than usual . I previously have Hb level @ 14.2. How I need to treat this problem.. what are the another tests to be done to diagnose and treat this problem

Hi, for past few days I am feeling little cold along with headache. But do not have fever My temperature is 98. No nose running at all. Even when i drink normal water i feel cold. What could be the reason and what is the best treatment.
