Ragarding Headache and stomach upset.
Hello a very mild fever started 10 days ago. I took 2 dolo tablets in this 10 days. Now If i check my thermometer it shows a temperature of 98.3 or 98.2. But I am feeling a kind of heaeache.
And my stomach is upset.
Since last 3 days i am taking zincovit and azithromycin. But still feeling lethargic . Please help.
