Fever and headache with upset stomach
Fever and headache for last 3 days along with some stomach pain. Now body weakness and loose motion like. Fever has gone, but some headache and loose-motion like condition is there.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Sporolac-ds thrice a day after food for 3 days.
Drink plenty of water and ORS.
