I m having fever from last two days with bodyache and vomiting feeling....  Pls suggest treatment...

I got a really deep and bleeding cut which teared my skin and was bleeding a lot. I guess I got this cut from an object that was licked by a rabid dog and may have rabies on it. Just after that I got a lick from a street dog that might be rabid on my cut which was fresh and bleeding that time when licked by dog . So do I need Vaccine for that . 3 months 10 days ago I had taken 3 dose of arv Vaccine on 0.4. 8 days and wasn't able to take it on 0. 3. 7 days as got delayed by 1 day. So do I need Vaccine for this incident?? I am attaching the picture of cut.

I used to take the nebicard tablet 5 mg for the BP. I have purchased nebicard Ln 5mg in online wrongly.. Is it fine to take the tablets or do I need to replace it.. please advise

And today 8am bp is 170/111.. pls advice which is normal .. One Personal advice we went small clinic yesterday doctor told that 189/111 is very high he has to admit in government hospital .is this real or we can wait and control .pls advice He takes atenolol or telma tablet .
