Centre pain cramp type in chest
Got a sharp pain( cramp type) when I woke centre of my chest. Left for office while coming back to home got ECG done which was normal doc said may deficiency of VItamin D. Plz clarify

Since your ecg is normal..It can be due to gastric or just a muscle cramp also... don't panic..
