Left sided chest pains , especially if on breathing are not heart related. But nevertheless you should do an ECG .

Sharp chest pain with deep breath...more suggestive of lung problem. ..if associated dry cough and fever please get tested immediately before treatment with over the counter drugs. .. Joint pain can also present like this
